At 56 feet above ground, this Ocean Hammock repair combined two jobs in one: replacing broken roof tiles and building a brand-new chimney.
Elevation work at this height leaves no room for improvisation. Every lift of material and every hour on the roof was planned around safety rigging and coastal wind conditions — the kind of preparation that only comes from a crew that has spent decades doing it together.
The finished roof reads as if nothing ever happened: restored tile, and a new chimney that blends seamlessly into the home’s existing design. Whether the work is at ground level or high above the coastline, the standard is the same.
